A big part of my Web Development class was creating web sites. I struggled a lot with this task, only when it came to uploading your site to the web so people could see them. The first thing that we learned was how to write html codes, which stands for HyperText Markup Language. These are what makes a web site! You need the codes to incorporate different styles to your text, background, ect. In web design there are some guidelines you have to follow. Here are a few of those guidelines..

Guidelines

  • Know your audience
  • Use appropriate colors for audience
  • Have good alignment (so your viewers can follow)
  • Readable text
  • Appropriate headlines
  • No spelling errors (business web site)

To show you what kinds of web sites I have created you may click the following links to two web sites that I have created!
